You'll drive channel strategy and execution while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate experimentation and personalization across guest and operator journeys. This role sits at the intersection of channel expertise and technical skills. You know these channels deeply, and you use modern tooling to get more out of them.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that automate lifecycle touchpoints, reduce manual lift, and enable personalization at scale across email, push, and SMS.
  • Liaise with product and engineering on SMS and push data infrastructure: opt-in/opt-out architecture, consent capture, list hygiene, suppression logic, and carrier compliance (TCPA, 10DLC).
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on migration of pre-existing lifecycle touchpoints and creation of new touchpoints, ensuring product events and data pipelines pass to events correctly.
  • Maintain behavioral audience segments using product event data to drive relevance at every stage of the guest and host lifecycle.
  • Design and execute A/B tests on creative, trigger timing, channel sequencing, and copy and systematically apply findings.
  • Maintain high standards for channel hygiene: deliverability, segmentation accuracy, token logic, and QA.
  • Use AI tooling to track engagement & performance across owned programs and make optimizations
  • Partner with data analytics to identify lifecycle gaps and inform future program design.
