The Implementation Engineer (IE L2)...MAHIN-JOB-37185 The Implementation Engineer (IE L2)/L2 Support Engineer Location: Dallas TX onsite Salary : 110K+benefis (Fexible) • Should have extensive troubleshooting experience and expertise in mitigation and resolution techniques. • Responsibilities include root cause analysis and working with partners and COTTs vendors for implementation of prod fixes. • Experience with Jenkin Jobs and Ansible scripting • Hands on experience in Core Java, Unix, Shell Scripting, Python, Application Deployment, DevOps, Kibana, Kubernetes, Rabbit MQ,IBM MQ, WebSphere. • Implement Load Balancer changes working with various teams • Implement firewall rules working with network teams • Implement certificates / renew certificates across Applications, Load Balancers, DB, MQ, Apigee, etc. • Trouble shooting of degradation and performance issues. • Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Grafana, Kibana • Experience with Pega platform. • AWS cloud hands on experience with Provisioning EC2 instances. Rehydration. • EKS clusters.
