Job Description:

Parsons is is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to serve as a requirements and performance analyst for the THAAD Weapon System in Huntsville, Alabama. The ideal candidate will operate with high autonomy, driving the analysis of complex system data, translating operational needs into actionable technical requirements, and advising program leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead the analysis, development, and traceability of THAAD system requirements to ensure they meet MDA's operational and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of system performance data, flight test results, and modeling simulations to assess mission readiness.
  • Facilitate requirements working groups and analytical Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) with government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain requirements databases, ensuring strict configuration control and traceability from system-level down to component-level specifications.
  • Identify analytical gaps, propose performance enhancements, and draft System Requirements Documents (SRDs).
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive analytical reports and briefings to senior MDA leadership and program managers.
  • Advise on technical, acquisition and operational issues related to technical performance requirements, systems engineering, and performance trade studies.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field, or equivalent work experience that meets guidelines established for job.
  • 2+ years of related professional experience.
  • Proven leadership and facilitation skills; ability to communicate complex, data-driven insights clearly to non-technical leadership.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and capability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant analytical experience.

Salary Range: $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
