Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with valid medical license in Texas
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited anesthesia residency or fellowship
• Board certification or eligibility in anesthesia
• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty environment
• Flexibility regarding scheduling and on-call duties
• Interest in ongoing professional development and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for diverse cases including General, OB, GYN, and Orthopedics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the facility
• Engage in patient assessments and consultations preoperatively
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe anesthesia delivery
• Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues and residents
• Manage post-anesthesia care and ensure patient safety
• Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia
