Job Title: Testing Psychologist
Compensation: $55.00 per clinical hour ( $114,000 annualized ); paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time Employee; Exempt
Schedule: 40 hours/week. Flexibility to schedule between the hours of Monday-Friday 8am-9pm
Location: This is a
hybrid (onsite at least 3 days per week) role based out of Ann Arbor, MI
Role SummaryThe Testing Psychologist conducts comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. Success in this role includes delivering accurate, timely evaluations, producing high-quality written reports, and collaborating with referring providers to support effective patient care.
Testing Psychologist Responsibilities- Administer, score, and interpret psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments
- Conduct diagnostic interviews and clinical evaluations
- Prepare clear, timely, and clinically sound assessment reports
- Provide feedback sessions to clients and/or caregivers as appropriate
- Collaborate with therapists and referral sources
- Maintain compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Ensure ethical practice and quality clinical care.

Requirements
Testing Psychologist Required Qualifications- Active, unrestricted psychologist (PhD or PsyD) license in Michigan
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed psychologist
- Formal training and experience in psychological testing and assessment or neuropsychological assessment including but not limited to Autism Spectrum evaluations, psychoeducational evaluations, learning disability evaluations, ADHD evaluations, and intellectual testing.
- Competency in administering standardized assessment instruments
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage assessment caseloads
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
