Join a forward-looking team transforming testing through automation and AI-enabled capabilities. You will play a key role in evolving testing into a data-driven, intelligent capability that improves quality, speed, and scalability across global Digital Document Services operations.

Job Summary

As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst in Digital Document Services, you will contribute to modernized testing strategies using automation and AI-driven techniques. You will help build scalable testing frameworks, support global stakeholders, and enhance quality through innovative and data-driven testing practices in a follow-the-sun model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute automated, UAT, and regression testing using modern frameworks
  • Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection
  • Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets
  • Analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes
