Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and manage quality assurance and testing activities across SAP and supply chain initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing testing strategies, coordinating QA resources, managing testing schedules, and communicating testing status, risks, metrics, and defects to project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain QA plans, testing approaches, schedules, and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary QA contact for leadership, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Report testing status, risks, metrics, and defects to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities across project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage testing resources, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify, track, and communicate testing risks and issues.
• Support defect management and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure testing activities align with established QA processes and project objectives.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong test management experience.
• Experience managing testing activities within SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP in a supply chain environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and testing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Strong experience developing QA plans, testing approaches, schedules, and resource plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with leadership, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
