Description
Review Business and Functional requirements and prepare Understanding document. ? Prepare work package estimates based on requirements. ? Create Test Plan, Test strategy document and perform Test planning activities as per Process. ? Attending client calls and co ordination with offshore teams. ? Team handling. ? Monitor Team performance and activity. ? Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Web service testing and different type of testing. ? Maintain the quality standards as per CMM and TL9K processes. ? Identify High level and detailed test cases and conduct internal and external reviews. ? Report test planning and execution status to Client on daily basis. ? Perform test execution, capture test logs and raise defects. ? Defect management using ALM QC, CA Rally. ? Publish Test summary, reports with evidence and test execution logs after successful completion of test execution. ? Give the testing sign off and deliver the test end report after the successful migration of the application..
