Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience in electronic product manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with test, repair, and failure analysis processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Test & Failure Analysis team, ensuring effective operations.
• Determine staffing needs and manage recruitment and development efforts for team members.
• Enhance test and failure analysis processes for both existing and new products.
• Perform root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all specifications and regulations during the testing processes.
• Oversee the effective operation of test equipment and support the implementation of new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and resolve quality issues.
