Job Description
The Aero T&E Digital Transformation (DX) Team is looking for a Project Lead to help drive the adoption of digital first culture and strategy across the Test & Evaluation organization. This Project Engineer will lead and oversee all Aero T&E related DX initiatives associated with the StarDrive and Design Cycle Acceleration (DCA) portfolios, including PLM tool development, Model Based Enterprise (MBE) adoption, data stewardship, and engineering tool management. As the Project Lead for StarDrive and DCA, you will shape the digital future of Aeronautics T&E across all competencies, develop a collaborative environment with senior engineering and program leadership, and provide the function with access to cutting edge tools and methodologies (PLM, MBE, data analytics platforms).
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the T&E DX Lead to align the StarDrive and DCA capability roadmap and features with the Saber roadmap
• Define strategic StarDrive vision
• Lead, coordinate, and manage Dassault software vendor for implementation and deployment of new capabilities
• Lead, coordinate, and manage development and deployment of PLM-agnostic capabilities to adopt in programs
• Apply deep knowledge of flight test processes (design, test planning, control room support, vehicle configuration, instrumentation, data processing, analysis, and requirements/capability verification) to embed digital solutions into existing workflows
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and tool specialists
• Liaise with multiple Aero sites, program teams, and other Business Areas to synchronize digital efforts and share best practices
• Manage staffing, schedule, and technical direction for DX projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Prepare and deliver clear briefings, status reports, and presentations for T&E leadership, E&T leadership, program managers, and external partners

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Proven program execution track record and experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Extensive background in flight test processes and related products (planning, execution, vehicle configuration, instrumentation, data handling)
• Active Secret security clearance
Desired skills
• Experience delivering DX initiatives across multiple programs or Business Areas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
• Outstanding written and oral communication; ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
