Quantum Sky is searching for a Test Engineer with strong systems integration experience to support a US Government customer in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees engineering activities of the organization's integration efforts for for space-based communications systems.
  • Plans, designs, develops, evaluates, executes, and reports findings from developmental tests of the implementation, design, and integration of hardware and software components and systems.
  • Captures, understands, translates, and documents customer requirements.
  • Validates implementation of system and product requirements.
  • Evaluates programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning, design, function, and execution.
  • Identifies and recommends troubleshooting and remediation action to remediate shortfalls in project implementation.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline relevant to the position and 15 years of relevant experience. or a Master's Degree 10 years of relevant work experience.

Clearance:
  • Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility

Location:
  • On-site at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM


Compensation:
  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $140,000-$160,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
