Job Description
You will be the Test Engineer for our team in Lufkin, TX. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, procedures, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our electronic systems and components. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues, and to support the development and integration of new test systems and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining test documents, including test plans, procedures, and scripts
• Coordinating system resources to support testing, including equipment, software, and personnel
• Executing test procedures and analyzing test results to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Supporting test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required
• Working with our team to develop and implement new test methodologies and technologies
• Supporting off-hours testing and associated projects as needed
This position may require up to 20% overtime annually in support of program execution.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related technical discipline from an accredited college with 2 years of professional experience.
Experience with common electronic test equipment and schematic reading
Ability to implement test requirements based on standard test methodologies and technological solutions
Ability to effectively troubleshoot root cause for system level failures down to component level
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Knowledge / experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environment
Familiarity creating test procedures based upon test requirements
Utilization of statistical data analysis as required for test planning
Knowledge/experience with ESS testing in the areas of CCA and Sub assemblies utilizing thermal chambers and vibe tables.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, and CVI
Experience with NI products, specifically TestStand and LabVIEW
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $80,600 - $139,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
