Job Description

Role Purpose

Responsible for developing manual test scripts to support full regression testing and new functionality tests on reports and Web-based UIs, validating and ensuring that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC. Works with developers and other testers to design and execute test scripts using industry standard testing strategy/plans to identify defects before release to production. focus is on manual test work but may also be automated testing/regression . May also include Production Certification which requires manual/automated scripts be executed to certify production health and/or identify post-production defects. Works as a member of the Agile Development team to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience writing and executing manual and automated test cases
• 7+ years of Web Applications, database testing
• 4+ years with Tosca or similar automated testing tools
• 5+ years working in Agile development environment
• Experience with creating documentation as it related to QA. Includes test plans, test cases development, test result reports, etc
• 2+ years working at Bank of America or other Tier 1 banking experience
• Excellent communication skills

Experience: 5-8 Years.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
