Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the planning, conducting, and documenting of Verification and Validation (V&V) activities for aerospace systems and components, ensuring compliance with system requirements.
- Apply strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices to support testing activities and solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Work effectively in multi-disciplinary design and development teams, following established procedures and guidelines under general supervision.
- Contribute to requirements management, system design, and systems integration efforts, ensuring effective system performance and reliability.
- Read and interpret schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and apply logical troubleshooting techniques to resolve testing issues.
- Develop and execute complex and professional test plans, test procedures, and test reports, demonstrating compliance with system requirements.
- Utilize various testing equipment, standards, and methodologies to support validation efforts and ensure the quality of aerospace systems and components.
- Participate in the generation and disposition of product non-conformances, adhering to Product and Quality Assurance principles.
- Prepare and document technical data, reports, and analyses to support engineering initiatives and project decision-making.
- Communicate technical concepts and information clearly, both verbally and in writing, to team members and senior engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
- Typically 2+ years of related experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of Product and Quality Assurance principles and experience with generation and disposition of product non-conformances.
- Ability to read/interpret schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic experience with various testing equipment, standards, and methodologies.
- Exposure to and execution of complex and professional test plans, test procedures, and test reports in order to demonstrate compliance with system requirements.

Compensation:Pay Range:
$91,158.00 - $125,364.00
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
