Responsibilities

  • Own Calibration procedure and calibration of production assets along with dev. assets
  • Own 6S for the production and development areas
  • Review Engineering drawings, manufacturing and inspection work instructions
  • Verifying and inspecting incoming inspection of PCBAs, COTS and mechanical components
  • Ensuring non-conformance's and RCCA's are accurately controlled, documented and dispositioned
  • Maintain quality records and support QMS requirements IAW AS9100
  • Trending Quality metrics and performing/leading root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Review PCB/PCBA schematics, layouts, assembly drawings, and create test documentation

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a TestEngineer to join our growing team in Fort Collins, CO. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer who is eager to learn, get hands-on with cutting-edge radar hardware, and make a real impact on national security technology.
In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to help define, develop, and execute processes that ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable radar products. You'll get exposure to Anduril's internal quality management system (built to AS9100 standards) and partner with teams across product development, production, and field operations. Through root cause analyses, corrective actions, and failure analyses, you'll help us continuously improve product quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support calibration procedures and calibration of production and development assets.
  • Help maintain 6S standards in our production and development areas.
  • Review engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions, and inspection work instructions.
  • Perform incoming inspection of PCBAs, COTS, and mechanical components.
  • Assist in documenting and dispositioning non-conformances and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs).
  • Help maintain quality records and support QMS requirements per AS9100.
  • Track quality metrics and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
  • Review PCB/PCBA schematics, layouts, and assembly drawings, and assist in creating test documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field.
  • 0-2 years of professional, internship, academic, or project-based experience with PCBs, PCBAs, electrical assemblies, or electronics manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret PCB schematics, layouts, and BOMs (mechanical drawings/BOMs a plus).
  • Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and basic component-level troubleshooting (coursework, internships, or personal projects count!).
  • Hands-on exposure to common test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
  • Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exposure to or coursework involving product development methodologies such as FMEA, Change Management, APQP, or GD&T.
  • Familiarity with electro-mechanical design or manufacturing processes.
  • Awareness of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-600 & IPC-A-610 standards.
  • Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or hardware environment.


US Salary Range

$86,000-$112,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
