We are seeking a qualified Mid-Level T&E Manager in Arlington, VA. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position.

Position Description:

The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies T&E Manager for a US Navy Weapons Engineering and Program Acquisition Support contract.

YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE

Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Program
• Review and evaluate the T&E Master Plan (TEMP) and schedules. Participate in relevant working group meetings and assist in managing target requirements
• Provide expertise in top-level test strategy and policy development
• Help in crafting test objectives, scenarios, and data collection/analysis plans. Support integration of technical, programmatic, and operational requirements

Required Qualifications
• BaAt least 7 years' experience as a T&E engineer for defense or aerospace systems
• chelor's Degree in a relevant technical discipline

Desired Qualifications
• Master's Degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Direct experience with T&E for specific Navy terminal defense systems such as RAM and CIWS.
• Knowledge of Navy T&E concepts, e.g., TEMP, Flight Tests, Missile Exercises, Land-Based Test, T&E drones
• Familiarity with key Navy/DoD T&E organizations, e.g., COTF, DOT&E
• An active DoD SECRET clearance
• Prior SIPR account and experience using SIPR systems
• Ability to work effectively with team members and subcontractors from various technical, acquisition, and administrative disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver coherent and concise customer presentations

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 120,000 USD per year (HQ)
