Test Analyst for a hybrid opportunity in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will support enterprise-level testing initiatives focused on commercial lending and customer relationship management platforms. This role will be responsible for validating system functionality, integrations, and data accuracy across Salesforce, nCino, and related applications within a fast-paced transformation environment.
Required Qualifications for the Test Analyst:- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- 5+ years of experience in manual software testing and quality assurance activities.
- 2+ years of experience testing Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.
- Experience testing nCino platform modules, preferably within commercial lending environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and QA methodologies.
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Azure DevOps or similar systems.
- Ability to create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression testing documentation.
- Experience performing integration testing across multiple enterprise systems and applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Test Analyst:- Experience testing banking, financial services, or lending-related applications.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience supporting data migration or data transformation testing initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with database tools such as Redgate.
- Agricultural lending experience is a plus.
Responsibilities of the Test Analyst:- Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and regression test scripts.
- Validate functionality, performance, integrations, and data integrity across Salesforce, nCino, and related systems.
- Identify, document, track, and retest software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
- Perform integration and exploratory testing to identify system issues and edge cases.
- Maintain detailed testing documentation, reporting, and traceability matrices to support project delivery.
Work Location: Hybrid schedule available in Columbia, SC. Hybrid team members will work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
