Territory Sales Manager, Surgical Gloves

Location: Sacramento

Mölnlycke is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Surgical Gloves team supporting Northern California (everything N of Sacramento) and Nevada. This is a highly visible territory anchored by several key health systems and strategic growth opportunities, requiring a strong commercial mindset paired with hands-on clinical partnership. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, enjoys navigating complex customer relationships, and brings the persistence and credibility needed to help advance high-value initiatives across the region. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with acute care and other healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.


Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is 103,800 - 108,800. This role is eligible for uncapped commission, car reimbursement and full benefits. Offers of employment consider various factors, including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements.
