Base Salary: $50,000
Total Earning Potential: $150,000+ (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)
Essential Responsibilities: - Focus sales efforts on medical equipment rentals within the acute hospital and post-acute healthcare markets.
- Collaborate with the National Sales Director to identify new equipment rental opportunities and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing new accounts, maintaining existing client relationships, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing new business.
- Make sales calls and conduct regular account visits to develop relationships with healthcare providers, hospital decision-makers, and other key customers.
- Oversee rental equipment and equipment service opportunities within the acute care and post-acute healthcare markets.
- Implement and follow a consistent sales process designed to increase revenue, expand market share, and drive territory growth.
- Partner with the National Sales Director to forecast sales, develop and implement sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Research and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive position.
- Track sales activity, pipeline development, and territory performance using the company's CRM system.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in medical sales, with solid experience selling within the medical or hospital-based healthcare market required.
- Medical device sales or therapeutic support surface experience highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and closing sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales territory and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, prospecting, relationship development, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Ability to provide documented sales statistics, records of achievement, awards, or other evidence of sales success.
- Proficient and comfortable working with a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
