About the RoleD&D Technologies is seeking a high-performing, results-driven
Territory Sales Manager to aggressively grow revenue and market share across the Central South region. This is a true "hunter" role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive significant sales growth and market share across the territory
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling and lead generation
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across multiple industries
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies
- Target key accounts including:
- OEMs
- Distributors
- Fence contractors
- Non-fence industry segments
- Analyse sales data using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Power BI to identify growth opportunities
- Deliver product training and presentations to customers and partners
- Build strong networks through industry events, associations, and trade shows
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting, expense, and reporting records

Skills & Experience- 3-5+ years of proven success in sales (territory management experience preferred)
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned to KPIs
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong analytical capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); CRM experience advantageous
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
