Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Atlanta
Reports to (Position): Zonal Manager
Department/Function: Sales

Purpose of the Job: The Territory Manager isresponsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within anassigned region by developing strong customer relationships, acquiring newbusiness, and executing sales strategies in the field. This role focuses on managingdealer and fleet accounts, identifying and converting new opportunities, andensuring consistent commercial execution. Through high levels of customerengagement and regular in-market presence, the Territory Manager strengthensthe Apollo Tires brand, improves distribution coverage, and deliverssustainable, profitable growth across the territory.

Theposition requires a high level of field activity, with approximately 75%travel, to effectively manage accounts, support customers, and grow theApollo Tires footprint within the region.

INTERNAL: Sales Head, SC, CS, Marketing, Logistics
EXTERNAL: Customers and Prospects

Major Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for managing a defined territory (1-2 states)by working with customers and prospects in order to drive sales.
  2. Responsible for achieving monthly and annual unit volume targets set by the National Sales Head to drive sales.
  3. Responsible for executing national and local sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies to promote growth and drive sales.
  4. Responsible for ensuring pricing integrity and adherence to program guidelines.
  5. Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with dealers, fleets, and associate dealers within your designated territory.
  6. Responsible for onboarding new dealers and support with product training and launch planning.
  7. Prioritize weekly travel based on customer needs, growth potential, and service expectations.
  8. Utilize tools such as Power Bi, RigDig, inventory analysis reports, and sell-out data to drive decisions.
  9. Responsible for selling multiple product segments including PCLT and TBR products.
