As a Territory Sales Manager and key member of the Southern Region sales team, you drive business growth in density, viscosity, refractometry and related methods within your territory of Georgia and Alabama. Your location is ideally near Atlanta, GA but other major cities in the territory are possible. You will report to the Southern Region Sales Director in Houston, TX. The base salary range for this position is $87,685/y to $99,300/y. The commission plan is uncapped, pays monthly from dollar one, and commission rates double upon exceeding goal. We offer full benefits, a profit sharing contribution to your 401k and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Job Description
  • Generating and developing new accounts and effectively managing existing accounts.
  • Presenting to small and large audiences including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians.
  • Qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, and closing business.
  • Travel (up to 50-60%, including overnight) for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.


Qualifications
  • Experience in technical sales, analytical instruments sales preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a natural sciences or engineering is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
