Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans aligned with business strategy and sustainability goals.
  • Develop customer-specific action plans to strengthen loyalty and partnerships.
  • Achieve sales and distribution targets in assigned territory.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and implement feedback-driven initiatives.
  • Communicate priorities and tasks with the KAM/Sales team and monitor customer activities.
  • Coordinate with technical support for trials and resolving customer issues.
  • Implement pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Manage/steer distributor sales force and third-party representation.
  • Negotiate customer agreements and perform contract-related administration.
  • Utilize CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to boost sales performance.

Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Executes sales plans and strategy in line with SBU and sustainability strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers
  • Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
  • Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % / GP %) in territory / at defined account
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, develops customer centric initiatives & implements their feedback
  • Communicates with KAM / Sales team on specific customers tasks and priorities & monitors customer activities, pricing positioning
  • Coordinates with technical customer service to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints
  • Executes pricing and promotional actions
  • Manages and/ or steers distributor salesforce / 3rd Party Representation
  • Negotiates customer agreements; carries out admin tasks related to reporting and contract mgmt
  • Leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

The salary rangefor this role is $80,000.00 and $90,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended tocomply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
