Terrirtory Manager- Women's Health

To represent BD Peripheral Intervention in the Women's Health setting and take necessary action to attain sales objectives.
  • Sell the entire Women's Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts.
  • Ability in establishing solid, working relationships with key customers at strategic accounts to create market share conversion
  • Expert in Clinical Competence and Knowledge surrounding the Women's Health Industry
  • Conduct successful product evaluations to increase BD's market share
  • Understand and demonstrates the contractual landscape
  • Informs customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.
  • Delivers comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.
  • Conduct business reviews quarterly with department managers, purchasing and procurement
  • Collaborate with Territory Manager to drive impact through relationships
  • Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively.
  • Develops thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data.
  • Informs District Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.
  • Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.
  • Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions.
  • Maintains company automobile and company property.
  • Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.


Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Medical device sales experience preferred.
  • 2 or more years of proven success in Sales is required, preferably within the Women's Health Industry
  • Demonstrated human relations and communication skills
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.

  • Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BD Women's Health products preferred
  • Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits
  • Basic anatomy
  • Medical and surgical terminology
  • Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
