Position OverviewAs a Retail Territory Manager at Ulrich, you will support a team of Sales and Marketing Professionals in a Retail Store environment that are fully dedicated to help customers live more memorable lives by designing solutions that exceed their expectations. In this role, you will oversee the individual contributors performance, you will coach and train all team members and will assure that our customers experience our Ulrich Proven Process on every interaction. Your leadership and passion to serve others, will drive growth and profitability for the Territory you have been entrusted with and the team that you will manage.

Work Location & Hours- All Ulrich's Retail Stores within the Virginia territory
- This is an on-site position
- Work hours will vary Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Various Saturdays are required in order to support your team. All stores are closed on Sunday.
Primary Job Roles- Supervise and provide leadership to the sales team across the territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet growth and profitability objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, including store activity, customer traffic and conversion rates.
- Train, mentor and support sales staff to improve performance and achieve sales quotas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle staffing needs, including scheduling and performance management.
- Develop action plans to capitalize on sales within the region.
Skills & Abilities- 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in territory management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Results-driven with the ability to set and achieve high performance goals.
- Highly coachable, able to learn quickly, and retain knowledge
- Must be tech-savvy, with a good understanding of common software applications (e.g., Google Suite)
- Attention to detail and process requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and analytical skills
- CRM experience - HubSpot preferred
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs if required
