As a Territory Manager for Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals, you will drive growth, clinical authority, and brand loyalty across dental practices. Backed by a high demand, science proven portfolio, you will partner directly with dental professionals to transform patient care while surpassing your sales targets.
How You Will Drive Impact- Partner with your Regional Manager to engineer territory business plans that target the most profitable opportunities, maximize return on investment, and increase market share.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue benchmarks through clinical expertise, new customer acquisition, portfolio selling and optimizing product mix.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with dental practices, corporate dental service organizations and key industry influencers to gain Colgate brand loyalty and Dental Professional's partner of choice.
- Prospect using cold outreach, networking, digital channels, and modern sales platforms to unlock untapped business.
- Deliver clinical lunch and learn sessions and high value product details that showcase the clinical superiority of the Colgate professional portfolio.
- Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at major dental conventions, local hygiene associations and study clubs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross functional partners including corporate leads, marketing, and third party distributor sales teams to increase territory growth and market share.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor Degree required.
Two or more years of high performing business to business sales experience.Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the designated territory.Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.Must currently reside within the territory or be willing to relocate personally to the target market.Even better if you have:
Direct business to business sales experience in dental or medical devices.
Existing knowledge of the dental industry and third party distributor networks.Practical background in dental hygiene or dental practice operations.Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
