On a daily basis, you will:- Promote products to engineering firms, contractors, end users, and business partners
- Develop sales with agents and distributors to achieve established target
- Grow the northeastern U.S. market according to defined objectives
- Select equipment based on customer needs and prepare quotations
- Provide after-sales technical support and manage customer calls
- Organize and deliver training sessions and participate in trade shows
- Identify and communicate market opportunities, threats, and customer dissatisfaction to management
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication
- Participate in the development and launch of new products
ProfileYou're the person we're looking for if you have:- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hydronic sales
- General knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills and strong active listening abilities
- A high level of autonomy and effective time management
- Availability to travel on a regular basis
- Engineering-related certification, training, or degree (technician or engineer - an asset)
- Experience in HVAC/CVC sales (an asset)
- Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing, in order to meet the requirements of the role and interact with various stakeholders.
