- Travel across the territory to maintain a consistent presence within practices and ensure their success* a
- Provide training and development support toateam membersato strengthen business results, operating procedures, and protocols within the practicesa
- In partnership with the talent acquisition teamaand thearegionalamanager, evaluateaand communicate staffing needs to enable effectiveahiring and onboarding experiencesafor new team membersa
- Provide additional support as needed by practice ownersa
How Youall Succeeda
- 8+ years progressive experience managing multi-unit leaders within a customer or patient-based industrya
- Proven experience leading strategic planning initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving data-informed decisions resulting in measurable business outcomes
- Prior profit and loss responsibilityaand the ability to interpret and act upon financial statementsa
- Strong communicationaand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patientsaand employeesaof all ages and backgroundsa
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional developmentafor yourself and your team; experience coaching and developing othersa
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independentlya
- Bacheloras degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
- Must be willing and able to relocate after training based on organizational needs
