What youll be doingResponsible for achieving sales goals for Baxters product portfolio in the Territory.
Current products include but are not limited to Baxters Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, Pharma, and Fluid Therapy portfolios.
Implement sales strategies and execute business plan to achieve sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
Calls on alternate site customers include (Home Infusion, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Consulting Pharmacys, Physician Offices, Oncology and Distributors), delivers effective sales presentations, provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and education.
Works in close harmony with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy and Nutrition Specialist to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
Protect, service, and grow current base of business.
Responsible for managing and maximizing Baxter GPO contracts.
Serve as a resource for market information for management and marketing.

Balances Stakeholders: Maintains current business and drives sustainable long-term sales growth with existing and new customers through teamwork with internal sales and business partners. Problem solves and owns customer issues, while ensuring all parties and team members are kept informed of relevant information and resolution to enhance customer loyalty and revenue generation.
Bachelors Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
Three years minimum sales experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with medical sales working with distributors.
Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.
Travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel.

The estimated base pay range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
