Territory Account Executive

We9re looking for a Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something - a relationship-driven, results-focused professional who blends business growth with patient advocacy.

This is a field-based role covering South Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation, with up to 40% travel annually (typically 1-2 overnights per month).

In this role, your work will:
  • Help patients access timely, coordinated infusion therapy
  • Support physicians and care teams with trusted solutions and consistent follow-through
  • Grow high-value referral networks in a collaborative, clinician-led organization

What You9ll Do

In this role, you will:
  • Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems
  • Build strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
  • Educate providers on LUX Infusion9s home-based and suite-based infusion services and comprehensive patient support model
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and intake teams to support patient onboarding and complex cases
  • Track pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Bring accountability, consistency, and follow-through to every provider interaction
What We9re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:
  • A Bachelor9s degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, field-based sales role with significant face-to-face engagement
  • Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
  • Motivation rooted in patient-centered selling and long-term provider partnerships

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Pay Range/Rate

$90,000-$120,000 USD
