Full Job Description
As a TemporaryAssociate Wellness Director LPN at Cascades of Bend you'll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

  • Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
  • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
