Key Responsibilities:- As a Quality Engineer/Manual Tester you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements user stories and expected behavior.
- Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases identifying and documenting defects and collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure reliable user ready releases.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert managing and collaborating with the team to perform effectively.
- You will take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is an essential part of this role.
- Develop comprehensive manual test plans that align with project requirements and user expectations.
- Analyze test results to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance testing strategies and improve overall product quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and feedback based on testing outcomes.
- Contribute to the documentation and refinement of quality assurance processes to elevate team performance.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Master proficiency in Temenos Transact
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:- Master proficiency in Temenos Transact
- Master proficiency in Temenos Infinity
- Master proficiency in Application Quality Analysis and Software Quality Assurance SQA Testing
- Associates or bachelor's degree
