Criteria for the Telehealth BCBA role includes periodic travel to the market (travel expenses paid by Centria!).

Compensation & Incentives - Earn a base salary of $80,000-$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month.

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA
  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
  • Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
