Are you a BCBA looking for a flexible telehealth opportunity with a mission-driven team? BlueSprig is hiring passionate remote BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA therapy, parent training, and supervision—all from home!

 

Total Annual Compensation: $85,000-$116,000

  • Annual Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $16,000 (paid monthly)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct virtual assessments & develop treatment plans.
  • Supervise behavior technicians & provide parent training.
  • Monitor client progress & adjust interventions.
  • Maintain clinical documentation.

What You Need:

✔ Active BCBA certification & Master’s degree.

✔ Experience in telehealth ABA (preferred).

✔ Strong communication & organizational skills.

Qualifications
