DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Sr. Manager Finance Datahub in Raynham, Massachusetts, Raritan, New Jersey, West Chester, Pennsylvania, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Warsaw, Indiana USA.

This role serves as the technology product owner for enterprise financedata hubsupportingFP&A,Tax, Treasury, and ControllershipandtheSAP master data governance platform. The Technology Sr. Manager Finance Datahubpartners closely with Finance, master dataleaders and IT delivery teams to define product strategy, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and ensure reliable, compliant, andvaluedrivensystems.

This position plays a critical role in enabling financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency during a period of business transformation and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, andoperationsfor enterprise financedata platformssupportingAccounting,Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&AandtheSAP master data platform

  • Partner with Financeand SAP master datastakeholders to understand business priorities and translate requirements into clear functional and technical outcomes.

  • Lead the planning, design,implementationand transformation of core finance data platforms including but not limited to SAP BW4HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, and SAP MasterData Governance platforms.

  • Lead prioritization decisions to balance regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives while maximizing business valuewhile meeting critical Day 1 and TSA exit separationobjectives.

  • Oversee delivery of enhancements and system improvements in collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.

  • Ensure applicationscomply withinternal controls, audit requirements, and relevant financial and data governance standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, and modernization of finance technologies.

  • Monitor system performance, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues to ensure stability and reliability.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to product team members and crossfunctional partners.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, ora relatedfield.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 8 6 yearsofexperience in IT, technology product management roles, aligned with a seniormanagerlevel.

  • Proven experienceplanning,designing,deliveringandsupporting financedataand master data governanceplatforms(e.g.,includingSAP BW4HANA, SAP Data Integration(ex.SLT and SDI) and SAP Master Data (MDG)

  • Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technology solutions.

  • Experience leading crossfunctional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management concepts.

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and decisionmaking skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience planning, designing, and supportingSAP Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Sphereand SAP BDC,integration with downstream data platforms(ex.DataBricks,Snowflake, AWS) andapplied AISAP Data platformsolutions

  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.

  • Familiarity with ERP and finance platforms (e.g., SAP or similar enterprise solutions).

  • Experience working in agile or productcentric delivery models.

  • Demonstrated success driving technology transformation or finance modernization initiatives.Experience building and leading teams on andoff shoreresources.

  • Other:

  • Language: Englishproficiencyrequired.

  • Travel: Up to 10 15%, domestic and occasional international.

  • Certifications (Preferred): Product Owner, Agile, PMP, or relevant finance/IT certifications.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 180 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 120 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 40 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 16 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 40 hours per calendar year
