Job Overview:
Reports to the EIS and TAE Program Manager. Serves as a Project Manager supporting a multi-year, global Identity & Access Management (IAM) program by leading one or more program workstreams and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate delivery, and drive execution. Responsible for planning and facilitating workshops, meetings, and governance routines, driving quality completion of workstream deliverables and project milestones, and maintaining visibility to scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes. Requires regular engagement with leaders and key stakeholders across Technology (Americas and global) and impacted lines of business to ensure workstream alignment with overall program objectives and successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Manages progress, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively escalates risk and issues.
• Works with project leaders and team members managing tasks, deliverables and activities to ensure scope, schedule and budget remain on track.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings; ensure that meeting outcomes and action items are properly documented, tracked, and followed up on through to completion. Conducts deep-dive meetings with stakeholders where needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by stakeholders.
• Produces project and operational documentation within the required timeframes in accordance with the standards and governance requirements of the Project Delivery (PDLC) Methodology, Project Spend and Governance Committees, and organizational guidelines.
• Co-develop project plans with PM Oversight and Program leaders, identifying key milestones and deliverables, and actionable tasks to drive successful and timely delivery.
• Work with teams to coordinate testing, escalate issues, and support where necessary to ensure successful delivery of project and operational commitments.
• Coordinates the analysis of business problems including making recommendations to management to help identify methods, procedures, and technologies that enhance recommended solutions and project and operational execution of services.
Requirements:
• Min 4 years' experience in Banking dealing with operations and technology change management, preferably in Identity Access Management and/or enterprise security/technology.
• Requires direct experience in business analysis, project leadership and management skills, preferably as a project manager or consultant.
• Experience leading and managing projects from start to finish following waterfall and agile methodologies.
• PMP Certification preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and successfully.

• Ability to lead through influence and garner support from and for cross functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues and ideas and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization within and outside of Technology.
• Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to organize and conduct effective meetings appropriate for the topic and facilitate resolution of differing views.
• Experience with process and operational management, a plus
• Jira, Confluence and Power BI experience, a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $84k - $145k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
