Full Job Description

The Technology Program & Delivery Partner is accountable for execution, alignment, and delivery outcomes across the Core Infrastructure & Platforms portfolio, with direct ownership of initiatives spanning Cloud Platform, Networking, Unified Communications (VOIP), and Physical & Cyber Security domains. This role provides hands-on program delivery ownership to ensure complex, cross-functional technology efforts move forward despite ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational constraints. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role drives accountability, enables decision-making, and ensures initiatives deliver measurable business and operational outcomes. This is not a project tracking role. It is a program delivery role grounded in human judgment, relationship management, and outcome ownership.

Portfolio Scope & Accountability
The Technology Program & Delivery Partner owns portfolio-level delivery oversight and execution alignment for initiatives across Cloud Engineering/Cloud Platform; Networking (enterprise network, connectivity, and infrastructure services); Unified Communications/VOIP (RingCentral and related platforms); and Cybersecurity and Physical Security initiatives, with Microsoft 365 platform initiatives included as part of integrated infrastructure delivery. The role works in close partnership with Automation Engineering, Physical Security Operations, FreshService/IT Service Management, and internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, Security/Risk, Software Development, and Enterprise Applications.

Key Outcomes (Measures of Success)
• Infrastructure and platform initiatives deliver predictably with clear ownership, sequencing, and risk posture.
• Cross-domain dependencies (cloud, network, security, voice) are identified early and actively resolved.
• Leaders and stakeholders have clear, decision-oriented visibility into delivery health, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Delivery friction across infrastructure teams is reduced through proactive alignment and escalation.
• Operational readiness and change impacts are addressed before release or implementation.
• Trust and accountability are established across teams through consistent follow-through and decision clarity.
Primary Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Accountability (Execution Ownership)
• Own delivery outcomes for a portfolio of infrastructure initiatives across cloud, networking, VOIP, and security domains.
• Actively manage tradeoffs between scope, timeline, risk, cost, and operational impact.
• Ensure delivery commitments are realistic based on capacity, constraints, and platform readiness.
• Intervene when initiatives stall by diagnosing root causes and driving corrective action.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Leadership
• Serve as the central program delivery owner connecting infrastructure platform teams with enterprise stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across technical and non-technical organizations.
• Align stakeholder expectations through transparent communication focused on outcomes, risks, and decisions.
• Resolve conflicts and competing priorities through facilitation, negotiation, and escalation when required.
Dependency, Risk, and Escalation Management
• Identify and actively manage cross-team and cross-domain dependencies, particularly across cloud, network, and security boundaries.
• Lead structured risk identification and mitigation efforts, surfacing issues early.
• Facilitate decision-making under uncertainty by framing options, impacts, and recommendations for leaders.
• Escalate blockers with context and proposed paths forward—not just problem statements.

Operational Readiness & Change Enablement
• Ensure initiatives account for operational readiness, supportability, and change impacts.
• Coordinate across teams to confirm documentation, communications, and enablement needs are addressed.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Security, and Development teams to support organizational readiness and adoption.
Continuous Improvement & Delivery Maturity
• Identify recurring delivery friction and drive systemic improvements across process, tooling, or engagement models.
• Promote standardization, automation, and clarity across infrastructure platforms to reduce risk and toil.
• Strengthen delivery predictability and cross-team trust through continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience driving program delivery across multiple infrastructure domains (cloud, networking, security, communications).
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
• Experience operating within security, compliance, and operational governance models.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level delivery and risk communication.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms, enterprise networking, M365, identity/access, UCaaS/VOIP, and security initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITSM practices and tools (e.g., FreshService, incident/change/problem management).
• Experience supporting infrastructure modernization, platform consolidation, or M&A-driven integration efforts.
Core Competencies
• Delivery accountability and execution leadership
• Cross-organizational influence and trust building
• Systems thinking across interconnected infrastructure platforms
• Risk-based decision-making
• Executive communication and stakeholder alignment
• Bias for action with disciplined governance

Why This Role Requires Human Judgment
While automation and AI can assist with reporting and analysis, this role succeeds through human judgment, relationship-based influence, and real-time decision-making across complex technical and organizational systems. The Technology Program & Delivery Partner is accountable for aligning priorities, dependencies, and execution to ensure infrastructure outcomes are delivered responsibly and predictably.
