Technology Manager Job Description ROLE SUMMARY: The Technology Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our technology systems and infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operation of all IT functions across our properties, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting our business objectives through innovative technology solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: IT Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
Systems Management:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT systems.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations.
Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide advanced technical support for IT issues and troubleshoot system-related problems.
Develop and enforce policies for IT support services to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee service level agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity.
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in IT processes.
REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

- Proficient in Windows, Mac, IOS, and Android operating systems
- Experience in hospitality specific hardware including POS terminals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in database programming and software installation.
- Attention to detail.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Ability to travel to multiple venues per day
- Ability to work off hours and holidays.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
