Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership for enterprise technology strategy, governance, and architecture alignment
- Lead the design and implementation of cross-platform integrations and modernization initiatives
- Define engineering standards, frameworks, and automation practices to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with senior IT and business leaders to prioritize and deliver strategic technology initiatives
- Mentor engineers across teams, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Evaluate emerging technologies to inform future-state architecture and roadmap decisions
