Full Job Description
Overview

The Technology Enablement Program Manager sits at the intersection of the technology teams building new capabilities and the business enablement functions responsible for landing them. A morning might start with a working session with platform and product teams to confirm rollout readiness, followed by a sync with the IT Adoption & Training Manager to sequence training waves and make sure course content is ready before a launch date, not after it. Midday often means coordinating with Event Management on enablement sessions, demo days, and roadshows, and reviewing draft material with the Content Creator so messaging stays consistent across training decks, quick guides, and internal campaigns.

Afternoons shift toward the adoption and delivery side. This person works with the Release Coordinator to align communications and enablement activity to the actual release calendar, partners with product owners across BRiCare, AI Business Support, and Infrastructure & AI Product to understand what is shipping and who it affects, and pulls usage and feedback data to see where adoption is landing and where it is stalling. The day usually closes with follow-ups: unblocking a dependency, revising a rollout plan based on what the training team heard from users, and updating leadership on status, risk, and measured adoption. Throughout, the role is the connective tissue that keeps training, marketing, release, and product teams working from the same plan and the same dates.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technology enablement programs — from intake and scoping through rollout, training, and measured adoption — across multiple business functions and geographies.
  • Build and run the enablement model: onboarding paths, documentation, training sessions, office hours, and champion networks that scale support without scaling headcount.
  • Define and report adoption and value metrics, using usage data and user feedback to identify friction, prioritize fixes, and demonstrate return on technology investment to leadership.
  • Partner with engineering, IT, InfoSec, and business leaders to align rollout sequencing with governance, compliance, and change-management requirements.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between technical teams and end users — surfacing recurring pain points back into the product and platform roadmap, and driving the operating cadence (status reporting, steering updates, risk escalation) that keeps programs on track.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. PMP, Agile/Scrum, or change-management certification (e.g., Prosci) a plus.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years in program or project management within a technology organization, including at least 2 years leading enablement, adoption, or change-management programs for enterprise platforms or tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent programs across distributed, cross-functional teams — with a track record of delivering on schedule and communicating clearly to both engineering and executive audiences.
  • Strong working fluency with modern technology environments (cloud platforms, SaaS tooling, developer or AI platforms) — enough depth to earn credibility with technical teams and translate for non-technical ones.
  • Excellent facilitation, training, and written communication skills, with experience building enablement content and measuring adoption through data rather than anecdote.
