Job Title: Technology Consultant

Purpose and Objective: SAP America, Inc. seeks a Technology Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to support the planning and execution of solution deployments.
Expectations and Tasks: Leverage the capabilities of SAP's latest technology platform(s) and reinforces their benefits. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Implement and support the operation of technical system landscapes. Support setup and connectivity of integrated system landscapes (on-premise, cloud and hybrid) with good understanding of state-of-the-art methodologies. Engage in technology components-specific expert consulting. Support the delivery of system optimization services. Support solution proposals and bid management. Support the delivery of customer workshops and trainings. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Show comprehensive understanding of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; delivers according to specification and provides feedback for continuous improvement. Support in solution testing and issue resolution.
Education and Occupational Experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field of study.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: Prior experience, internship or academic coursework to include each of the following: - Providing project specific development to analyze and support issue resolution caused during data transformations, migration, or testing;
- Understand customer transformation requirements and conduct due diligence and fit-gap analysis;
- Provide service proposals to customers undergoing IT transitions;
- Liaise with customer stakeholders to develop resilient risk-reward model-based use cases;
- Support Go-To-Market planning, execution of roadshows, and create marketing collaterals for brand building;
- Software testing strategy definition to execution with business and functional understanding on various testing types;
- Map and define functional requirements to manual test cases or automated test scripts; and
- Ideate, design, automate, and manage standards to enhance development and maintenance for project specific and administrative tasks.
Travel: Position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel to various unanticipated client sites to implement customer procured solutions.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,923 - $126,180. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,923 - $140,200. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
