Job Description:

The Technology Change Manager will lead change for complex, cross-functional technology initiatives (tools, data, AI). This role owns the end-to-end ADKAR lifecycle and ensures successful adoption of new ways of working by connecting change efforts to business outcomes and future-state goals.

What Will You Be Doing?

Key Responsibilities:

Change Planning & Execution (ADKAR)
  • Own full ADKAR lifecycle: impact, risk, communications, training, adoption
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
  • Identify risks/resistance and execute mitigation plans
  • Own training strategy and deliverables (course outlines, curriculum, and training documentation)
  • Deliver all change artifacts (comms, stakeholder plans, adoption tracking)

Agile Delivery Integration
  • Align change work to Agile lifecycle (design 14 build 14 test 14 release 14 adoption)
  • Embed change activities into project plans and sprint cycles
  • Partner closely with product, tech, and project teams

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
  • Clearly articulate the "why" behind changes
  • Build alignment across business + technology stakeholders
  • Translate complex topics into clear, executive-ready storytelling (e.g., PPTs, comms)
  • Drive engagement and buy-in at all levels

Strategic Thinking & Business Alignment
  • Connect change efforts to business outcomes, operating model, and future state
  • Identify adoption risks and influence solution/design improvements
  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust plans to improve outcomes

Leadership & Influence
  • Coach leaders and teams through change
  • Influence without authority across cross-functional teams
  • Act as a trusted partner to both technologists and functional leaders


What Do You Need to Bring?

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
  • Minimum 3 years of change management experience (non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience executing end-to-end change (ADKAR or similar)
  • Strong communication and executive storytelling skills
  • Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Experience supportingenterprise technology or transformation initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment


Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
  • Experience working in Agile / product delivery environments
  • Exposure to large-scale digital, data, or AI transformations
