Riveron is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, deep understanding of NetSuite ERP, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business transformation and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation, upgrade, optimization, and integration projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, deliverables, dependencies, and change requests.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, NetSuite consultants, developers, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
- Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Manage post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive adoption of NetSuite functionality across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, CRM, and related business functions.
Who You Are:- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP implementations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing NetSuite projects.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and business processes.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
