- Lead cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate detailed functional and non-functional requirements, effectively facilitating communication between business and technical teams while nurturing stakeholder partnerships.
- Perform value assessment, set prioritization criteria, and execute iterative backlog refinement leveraging project management tools.

Basic Qualifications - Currently enrolled in and attending school, pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/Technology, Information Technology, Security or another relevant computer and technical program with expected graduation by August 2027.
- Completion of the 2026 Lilly technology summer internship or spring fellowship.
Additional Skills & Preferences - Prior experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools, or AI-assisted research/analytics tools) in an academic, project, or work setting.
- Solid skills in technical problem analysis and solving.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom.

- Utilize systematic root cause analysis and troubleshooting frameworks to diagnose and resolve sophisticated technical challenges with accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously assimilate and operationalize emerging technologies, programming languages, and digital tools to enhance solution delivery and maintain technical excellence.
- Maintain a forward-looking perspective by proactively monitoring external technology trends, best practices, and industry innovations-incorporating these insights to keep solutions current, relevant, and impactful within the organization.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$82,000 (Bachelors) - $100,000 (Masters)
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
