Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno Functional Lead role with strong hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have good technical & functional knowledge, and proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • This role involves Enhance dashboard management, Salesforce advanced administration knowledge, solution architecture support, complex custom development, integrations, performance optimization, and technical mentorship.

  • SMEs, Business and Client meetings
  • Enhancement dashboard management
  • Project/Production Support Activities (Sustainment/CD)

Salesforce Cloud Expertise Required

  • Strong experience in most/all of the following:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud (Communities)
  • CRM Analytics (Preferred)
