Job DescriptionSymantec NetBackup Administration.Raleigh, NCWe are looking for a resource with 10+ years of experience in Symantec NetBackup Administration.
Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Symantec NetBackup in enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of IBM and Quantum tape library technologies
- Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or similar automation tools
- Proven experience in the deployment, configuration, and administration of backup infrastructure and tape libraries
- Working knowledge of enterprise-class Fibre Channel switches and directors from Cisco, Brocade, and McData
- Experience with NetApp storage systems, particularly backup integration and configuration
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, VERITAS Volume Manager, and file systems
- Project management experience with the ability to coordinate infrastructure deployments and upgrades
- Expertise in 2nd and 3rd level fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Experience working within financial services environments will be an added advantage
Mandatory Skills: Storage Infra Consulting.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
