Le Technicien Procédés élabore les procédés de fabrication et apporte le support technique nécessaire afin de permettre la fabrication de produits répondant aux exigences des clients et définit les mesures de prévention en matière de sécurité pour les procédés de fabrication des produits. En plus des responsabilités générales, le titulaire du poste :

- Élabore et met à jour le cahier de charges des produits et la liste d'outils et de jauges;
- S'assure de l'intégrité de la documentation technique;
- Détermine, rédige, implante, voit à la formation des intervenants et approuve les procédés de fabrication (SMF, SME, SMAE, etc.) en tenant compte des aspects environnementaux et des requis de sécurité
- Détermine et émet les requis pour la conception et la fabrication des équipements/jauges (capacité, sécurité et procédés). Participe au concept;
- Participe au départ de lignes de fabrication de produits;
- Assure le transfert technologique de produits et/ou procédés;
- Participe à l'estimation des heures requises et des requis en équipements/ jauges (demande de fonds, STL, etc.) en fabrication;
- Participe à la préparation de soumissions de produits;
- Planifie, organise et coordonne les activités pour la réalisation des projets (industrialisation, investigation, amélioration et autres) et en fait le suivi (coût, échéancier, etc.) selon les procédures internes en vigueur;
- Au besoin, participe à des audits internes ou externes;
- Fait le suivi et présente les revues de projets tant à l'interne qu'en présence du client;
- Définit les caractéristiques d'emballage et d'entreposage pour fins d'expédition selon les requis du client et conformément aux normes;
- Analyse et fait une recommandation sur la disposition du matériel non-conforme;
- Rédige et présente les demandes de déviations à l'interne et l'externe;
- Assure le support technique au niveau des opérations de production "trouble shooting quotidien " nécessitant la prise de décision rapide par le biais de divers tests tel que balistique, métrologie, chimique, etc.;
- Au besoin, manipule des armes à feu de petits calibres ou des équipements de fabrication pour fins d'investigation et d'acquisition de connaissances;
- Analyse et recommande les demandes de destruction de matériel;
- Analyse, coordonne et émet des recommandations pour la mise en place de mesures correctives afin d'éviter la récurrence de non-conformités;
- Est appelé à évaluer des modifications d'équipement, des arrêts de lignes de fabrication et à identifier rapidement des solutions pour minimiser l'impact sur le personnel de fabrication, les revenus de l'entreprise et la qualité du produit;
- Évalue, valide, s'assure de la mise en place de tous les dispositifs de sécurité reliés aux procédés fabrication ainsi qu'à l'amélioration des postes de travail;
- Participe, au besoin, à l'élaboration et/ou la modification des cédules de fabrication;
- Contribue à l'élaboration des dépliants "Marketing" et la littérature technique;
- Prépare les plans d'aménagement et les études de risques lorsque requis;
- Participe à la définition des données requises par les "Safety Data Sheet ";
- Analyse les plaintes clients, coordonne, participe aux enquêtes et valide les recommandations.

Salaire annuel entre 92 015.99$ et 112 555.25$

Exigences du poste

- Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en génie mécanique ou génie chimique ou connexe ;
- Lecture et interprétation de P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) (un atout) ;
- Connaissance des principes de chauffage par échangeur de vapeur (un atout) ;
- Expertise en équipements industriels (pompes, vannes, actionneurs) (un atout) ;
- Maîtrise des systèmes d'acquisition de données (Historien, ex : PI) (un atout) ;
- Il est essentiel de bien connaître le français. De plus, le titulaire doit pouvoir tenir une conversation en anglais en vue de participer à des échanges de propos dans un contexte de travail et/ou de pouvoir lire toute documentation technique pertinente à l'emploi.
