Technician Success Organization Programs Manager

In this position...

The Technician Success Organization Programs Manager serves as the primary owner of organizational infrastructure and operational execution, ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, resources are allocated responsibly, and operational capabilities can scale to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, data-driven leader with a passion for continuous improvement, fiscal stewardship, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

Operational Leadership
  • Lead the operational execution and administration of technician training and workforce development initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain operational processes that support program delivery, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve organizational effectiveness through technology and process improvement.
  • Develop and monitor operational performance metrics, service levels, and resource utilization.

Infrastructure & Facility Management
  • Oversee training center operations, facilities, leases, site development, and infrastructure planning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Lead expansion, renovation, and site optimization initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure operational readiness across all training and development locations.

Resource & Financial Management
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, purchased services, and operational expenditures.
  • Ensure fiscally responsible decision-making and effective allocation of organizational resources.
  • Monitor vendor performance and contractual obligations to maximize value and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.

Vendor & Partner Management
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Establish performance expectations, monitor service delivery, and hold partners accountable for results.
  • Support procurement activities, purchase orders, and contract administration.

Workforce & Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for operational execution and resource management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service.
  • Ensure team members have clear goals, development opportunities, and performance expectations.

Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and resource requirements.
  • Support long-range planning efforts related to capacity, facilities, staffing, and organizational growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven technologies to streamline operations, optimize resource utilization, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, program management, facilities, infrastructure, or resource management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and operational resources.
  • 5+ years of project management and process improvement experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
