2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required
B level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
Strong dexterity with excellent hand-eye coordination
Solid mechanical and troubleshooting skills, familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service skills alongside basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude with a desire for continuous improvement
Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic team environment
Eager to learn new technologies and repair procedures
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
Perform repairs specified in the repair order efficiently according to dealership standards
Test-drive vehicles and assess components using diagnostic tools and service equipment

Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional services and provide time estimates for repairs
Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications

The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 and $55.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
