Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Performs routine preventive maintenance on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and
guidelines. Inspects, cleans, and repairs equipment and fixtures. Observes and documents signs of wear and tear. Determines replacement needs to
reduce ongoing and future repairs.

Performs major and minor repairs on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures using multiple craft skills (for example, plumbing, electrical, carpentry,
material handling equipment, food equipment). Inspects, operates, and tests equipment to diagnose issues. Dismantles machines or facilities to
access and remove defective parts. Utilizes blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary. Uses hand tools, power tools, hoists, and
other equipment. Responds to emergency calls. Documents repair activities. Uses heavy machinery.

Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing required written and electronic information (for example, expense
vouchers, weekly summaries, work orders, maintenance logs). Conducts price comparison of parts and travel-related costs. Orders parts and
replacement equipment. Tracks orders. Records purchases and usage. Submits costs. Orders parts and replacement equipment. Tracks orders.

Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations and guidelines and ensures work
meets federal, state, and local regulations. Ensures contractors follow company quality standards and safety requirements, identify and report
deficiencies, and support safe operations in varied work environments.

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
using the Open Door Policy.

Participates in an on-call rotation to support business critical needs outside of standard business hours. During assigned on-call periods, responds
in a timely manner to incidents or requests and supports issue resolution or appropriate escalation as needed.

Operates, inspects, and maneuvers heavy machinery and powered equipment (for example, forklifts, material handling equipment, industrial
machines, shop equipment, vehicles) in accordance with training, certification requirements, and safety procedures. Performs pre-operation safety
checks and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is safe, functional, and compliant with applicable standards. Identifies unsafe conditions,
equipment malfunctions, or potential hazards and takes appropriate corrective action or escalates as required.

Maintains company vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures. Coordinates and transports vehicles for required maintenance,
ensuring beforehand that alternate driving support is arranged.

Safely operates motor vehicles and ensures that the vehicle has all required documents. Checks fuel and water levels, brake condition, signals, and
lights.

Submits maintenance invoices for payment. Verifies the coverage and validity of vehicle insurance.

Wears company uniform and badge in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities;
coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and
modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.

Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers,
and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and
addressing improvement opportunities.

Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding,
and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door
Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.

Minimum Qualifications...
